Account and data deletion
MamaMinder users can request deletion of their account and related app data.
How to request deletion
Option 1: In the app
- Open MamaMinder.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap “Hesap/veri silme talebi”.
- Send the prepared email request.
Option 2: Email support
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject:
MamaMinder hesap/veri silme talebi
Include:
- The email address used in MamaMinder.
- A short confirmation that you want your MamaMinder account and related baby-care records deleted.
Do not send your password, card details, or unnecessary medical information.
What is deleted
When the request is verified, MamaMinder should delete or anonymize, as applicable:
- Account profile data.
- Baby profile data linked to the account.
- Feeding records linked to the account.
- Diaper records linked to the account.
- Feeding plan settings linked to the account.
Some limited records may be retained if required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or abuse-prevention purposes.
App access
MamaMinder's launch scope is a free app, so account deletion does not require any separate subscription cancellation step.
Response time
Deletion requests should receive a support response after verification. Before public launch, define the final response-time target and legal retention period.
